How long does it take to set up an electricity supply with Naturgy?
The estimated time for connecting your electricity supply with Naturgy is 5 to 7 working days from the date the distributor accepts your application. A technician will need to visit your home to check the installation and fit the meter.
How can I tell if I’m on the open market or the regulated market with Naturgy?
All you need to do is take your latest bill and check whether it says ‘Comercializadora de Tarifa de Último Recurso (TUR)’. If it does, your contract is within the regulated gas market. The same applies to electricity: if it says PVPC, it’s the regulated market.
What do I need to set up a Naturgy electricity supply?
- Account holder’s details: full name, National Identity Number, telephone number and email address.
- Desired electricity supply capacity.
- Exact address of the supply point.
- Electrical inspection report or Electrical Installation Certificate.
- Bank account number.
- CUPS code.
All bills, regardless of the electricity supplier, include a section with the contract details. If the section describing the type of contract states ‘PVPC tariff’ or ‘regulated tariff’, this increase in the price of electricity will affect you.
How long does it take to switch from Endesa to Naturgy?
The maximum time limit for switching electricity suppliers is 21 days. The new supplier is responsible for carrying out all the procedures relating to the switch. Administrative and technical procedures must not prevent the switch from taking place.
What do P1 and P2 mean on my Naturgy electricity bill?
Until June 2021, the time-of-use tariff divided the day into two periods: the Peak Period (P1), with the highest cost, and the Off-Peak Period (P2), with a lower cost. Under this tariff, costs may also vary depending on the time of year.
What is the difference between Nedgia and Naturgy?
Nedgia Naturgy is a natural gas distributor. Naturgy, for its part, is the gas supplier. The former is responsible for ensuring, through the proper operation of its facilities, that the energy generated is distributed to each supply point.
